Abstract
The present work on the application of the “Especialización en Gestión de la calidad (mención directivos)” focuses on the problem of educational inclusion. Its purpose is the promotion of inclusive pedagogical practices for the relevant attention to diversity. After a process of participant observation In the El Pan educational unit in the El Pan canton, it was determined that there were no institutional policies of educational inclusion nor is it was carried out in the daily pedagogical practice of teachers causing children with special educational needs and students with rhythms and styles of learning were excluded from the non-conventional teaching-learning process. In this qualitative research carried out through action research, we used the techniques of documentary analysis, of the survey, interview and focus group. As a result, it presents a pedagogical plan based on the needs and interests of teachers: active methodologies of teaching and learning, research-action for the improvement of the pedagogical practice, circles of restauration…). In this way, this proposal contributes to the fulfillment of the principle of equity and inclusion expressed in the Organic Law of Intercultural Education and ensures that it complies with the quality standard C2.P2.GE13, corresponding to the component of educational management.
