Abstract
Based on an exploratory dialogue with the director of a General Basic Education School, based on the experience in the audit of the 2018-2019 academic period, it was determined that there are deficiencies regarding the feedback in the final audit report, since there is a lack of clarity and specificity when giving the results, there is also a negative approach, since they only point out the harmful levels found, in addition to inadequate communication, which complicates the understanding of how to improve the negative aspects that were found, probably for this reason that on page 16 of the final report it is mentioned: of the recommendations issued, the school complies with 11, partially complies with 21 and does not comply with 14 of the 46 recommendations. The present research work had the objective of proposing a methodological guide for the improvement of the feedback in the final report of a Follow-up Audit to the General Regular Audit (A-SARG) carried out by the educational auditors in a Basic Education School in the Gualaceo canton, Azuay province. For the research, the MINEDUC was taken as a theoretical reference. The methodology is based on the qualitative approach, with the type of field research, since it allows to find solutions to a certain problem. In addition, documentary review and interviews were used as techniques. The main result was the design of a methodological guide for improving feedback in the final report of a Follow-up Audit to the General Regular Audit (A-SARG) validated by experts.
