Abstract
This research refers to the learnings achieved on educational inclusion and attention to diversity in the training process within the Master's Degree in Inclusive Education offered by UNAE, which aims to transform the reality of education in our country. It responds to a problem detected in daily practice as a teacher within the educational institution where the research is carried out, in which some lacks in the inclusion in the teaching and learning process of students in the different subjects were detected, as a result of the lack of teaching preparation to enhance these processes. Was based on an entry diagnosis and on this basis a teacher readiness program is proposed to enhance the process of educational inclusion and attention to the diversity of students at the high school level of the Educational Unit "Daniel Hermida". The research methodology has a mixed approach, a simple case study is carried out, which uses methods such as participating observation, analysis of institutional documents, interview with the principal of the school and survey of the teachers who constitute the key informants. The work provides the following results: the characterization of teacher readiness in the process of educational inclusion and attention to diversity to students at the high school level and the design of the preparation program to contribute to the solution of the detected problem.
