Abstract
The following degree work presents a training plan for the Development of Inclusive Competences in the teaching staff of the “Manuel María Pólit Lasso” Basic Education School. The problem arises from the fact that teachers develop activities that stimulate or partially allow the participation of students in class, according to the results of the last audit carried out at the center. In addition, they confuse the concept of inclusion and are unaware of specific activities that can be carried out in the classroom to promote collaborative work. That is why a qualitative work is carried out, protected by the precepts of action research, with the aim of forming an intervention proposal aimed at the institution's teaching staff learning to encourage the active participation of all students in the teaching-learning process. The results of the research show that the proposal, although susceptible to improvement, could respond to this need and constitute a first step to continue developing training actions aimed at improving the inclusive skills of the teaching staff.
