Abstract
This research protocol focuses on the Educational Advisory function, from supporting the Director in pedagogical leadership, within a Basic Education School, in the rural area, in the Ricaurte parish, in which it will be evidenced by an analysis of How is pedagogical leadership carried out? and for the complementation of it, a comparison will be made with another institution belonging to the same parish, but corresponding to the urban sector, from where it will be extracted from the teachers and directors, information regarding their role as leader and about the knowledge of the pedagogical field , in the accompaniment of teaching practice. For this, a brief description of what leadership is is elaborated, from the perspective of several authors and with particular emphasis on the educational field and on the pedagogical model of the National Educational System, contrasting it with the Quality Standards proposed in 2012 and in in 2017. For which information provided by teachers and managers is rescued on the role played by the director / rector so that the educational processes are of quality; mainly highlighting the perspectives they have on leadership and pedagogical practices and how they are aimed at overcoming adversities in academic processes.
