Abstract
The objective of this degree work is to elaborate a communicational proposal of the feedback process of the General Regular Audit (ARG) based on the unachieved results of the strategic planning standards of the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) of the Private Educational Unit "Benjamín Britten”, Cuenca-Azuay, 2020-2021 For this purpose, theoretical - conceptual contributions on feedback were prioritized, according to Wilson (2002), Anijovich (2007, 2017), Canabal and Margalef (2017) feedback and feedforward; Schön's professional reflective practice (1987); by Cassany (1999) communication and communication styles for managers according to Martins (2021). A non-experimental research design was considered with a qualitative - phenomenological approach, socio-critical paradigm and case study methodology, carried out in 4 phases: theoretical, field work, analytical and preparation of the proposal; through non-participant observation, interview and documentary review (minutes and final report of the ARG). The characterization of the feedback was a little formative-reflective process; educational auditors provide feedback on regulations regarding compliance with strategic planning standards that have not been met. The results obtained allowed an analysis through the systematization and triangulation of the information to argue the design of a communication proposal, of the feedback of an ARG, based on the assertive communication style of the educational auditors in the route of the process of clarifying, evaluating, expressing concerns and providing suggestions for compliance with the strategic planning standards of the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) by the institutional director.
