Abstract
The present work, determines the results of the active methodology of greater significance in the formation and transformation of the university teacher, being the objective of the research the strengthening of the praxis through the cyclical application of the Lesson Study. The method of study applied is qualitative, which consisted of the experiential learning of the authors being participants in the improvement process, thus consolidating the research method - action - collaboration; guidelines that contribute with the design of pedagogical devices that allowed improving the teaching-learning process; highlighting the importance of transformational leadership and the consolidation of attitudes of permanent sustainable cooperative accompaniment in the teaching community.
