Important topics on sensory development in early childhood were addressed, emphasizing that sensoriality plays a fundamental role in the learning of infants. At the same time, we conceptualize and briefly describe the function of the three senses with which we will work in the research: touch, sight and hearing. The sensory development in the 2014 Early Childhood Education curriculum will be presented. At the same time, the importance of the Montessorian methodology will be mentioned and how it will allow us to work properly in the sensory wall in which infants will perform different activities that will stimulate their senses. This action research project has a qualitative approach, with a socio-critical paradigm, allowing for an in-depth study of the proposed topic. The population of this research project was 19 infants aged 3-4 years old. Different techniques and instruments were used to obtain a diagnosis and evaluation, such as participatory observation, interviews, surveys, questionnaires, anecdotal records, field diaries and interview guides. Finally, sensory development was worked on by means of an innovative resource, the sensory wall with an activity booklet, was a different and eye-catching material, allowing infants to experience sensory perception of the three senses.
