Abstract
In the current time, it is conceived that the school is a living being that is in constant movement and integrated by subjects that interrelate among themselves giving meaning to a development of integral and holistic concepts of the educational actors. It is necessary to establish conditions that sustain the school we dream for, allowing it to walk towards it´s horizon. A school that trains human beings and humanizes all their actions, managing to make sense of the pedagogical accompaniment as a condition to generate leadership and develop attitudes in teachers, students, and authorities. It is worth mentioning that the pedagogical accompaniment is a process of human and professional growth where the knowledge allows to establish horizontal relationships and the learned learning is participatory. Provoke changes within the school, should motivate the reflection within the pedagogical accompaniment as a pillar of school management, classroom management and the construction of the school we dream of. On the other hand, pedagogical accompaniment can be considered as a strategy to organize the inter-learning groups among the educational actors, who motivate and support each other in a meaningful and reflective way. Interaction learning groups as a motivating strategy for recognize strengths and weaknesses in teacher management and bridge for reflection in educational work.
