Abstract
The results presented here derive from a systematization process based on significant experiences that promote job training in Youth and Adult Education. The studies carried out show that the insertion of the life experiences of young people and adults in the micro-curriculum, as well as the integration of educational institutions with the different entities of each context, favor positive transformations in student learning. The biographical method and the multiple triangulations were assumed, which favored the identification of methodological requirements for the development of training for work in the micro-curriculum, from the opening of spaces in which young people and adults feel recognized when sharing the knowledge acquired from work, and, on the other hand, to strengthen that aspect of social development, related to the world of production and services.
