Abstract
Educational inclusion plays a fundamental role in the development of the educational process, for this reason teachers must be prepared to include various resources, materials, tools and activities that allow students to feel valued and have a quality education. This study is carried out with the objective of proposing a system of workshops based on inclusive methodological strategies to influence the improvement of the Teaching and Learning Process of the 5th year students of the Carlos Moreno Arias Basic Education School in Milagro. The work shows a theoretical approach to the teaching and learning processes, elements that constitute them, learning theories, inclusive teaching strategies that are important to contribute to teachers through a proposal for improvement. From this point of view, we work with an interpretive methodology with a qualitative approach, which allowed us to observe through the applied techniques the limited applicability of inclusive methodological strategies that allow for a more inclusive, dynamic, participatory environment and, above all, taking care of each individual. of students in order to strengthen their learning. Consequently, this research resulted in the development of a system of 6 workshops to be implemented in an established schedule so that teachers can introduce them into their inclusive teaching and learning process, responding to the problem initially presented.
