Abstract

No hay educación cuando se le obliga al otro a educarse, como tampoco existe cuando renunciamos al principio universal de la educabilidad y menos cuando negamos a la educación como un bien público, un derecho humano y un deber del Estado. There is no education when the other is compelled to educate itself, nor does it exist when we renounce the universal principle of education and less when we deny educationalism as a public good, a human right and a duty of the State.
