Abstract
This research analyzes the microcurricular planning oriented from different documents that emerged in the COVID-19 pandemic. The general objective is presented to analyze the microcurricular planning of a fourth grade teacher to improve her practice in contingency situations and there are five specific objectives that guide the research. As well as the main theoretical references the Ministry of Education (2016), (2019) and (2020), Gómez, Washington & Rivera (2017), Pardo & Cobo (2020), Enzenhofer (2020), Curadelli (2020) and Aroca & Martínez (2021) among others. Planning at this level is presented as the unit of analysis. The categorization and coding process allowed us to conceptualize the object of this study. To collect information, we applied an interview to the teacher, a focus group to the students and a survey to parents of the fourth-grade students at República del Ecuador elementary school; in addition, to the field diaries that evidenced the field observation notes. The results showed that the planning faced changes due to the approach of new curricular documents, the management of digital tools, as well as the support given at home. Hence, this study proposes a guide for micro-planning in emergency situations.
