Abstract
The objective of the TFM is to raise awareness and sensitize the educational community about the importance of adequate school coexistence among students, through the realization of the program it is intended to provide strategies that develop personal and social competences to the students with the reflection of their acts Participants 49 students of the fourth year EGB, María Augusta Urrutia Barba school, using the questionnaire as an instrument of evaluation the rubrics and observation cards evidenced the bad interpersonal relationships between classmates. This work includes a progressive development of sessions and the results show that self-control and mediation improve harmonious coexistence. Therefore, it is concluded that the use of the program has a positive influence and improves harmonious coexistence among students, fosters reflection and action skills through awareness and motivates peer interaction, companionship and assertive communication.
