Abstract
We present free digital resources based on the Universal Design for Learning (DUA), used in the reinforcement of writing and reading as support for Language and Literature of the sixth year of EGB parallel "A" of the Educational Unit Ricardo Muñoz Chavez in times of emergency (COVID 2019). Those that arise as a response to the developmental problems of student reading and writing. Difficulties were found in writing such as: lack of coherence, lack of cohesion, spelling problems, omission of letters, and in reading: confusion of words, lack of fluency and difficulty with new words. Therefore, the objective of "Encouraging the development of reading and writing through digital resources for the subject of Language and Literature in the students of the sixth year of parallel EGB "A" of the Ricardo Muñoz Chávez Educational Unit" is proposed, based on the research question, "How to encourage the development of reading and writing in the students of the sixth year of parallel EGB "A" of the "Ricardo Muñoz Chávez" Educational Unit? The research is of a socio-critical type, contributing to the change of this reality, with a qualitative approach to describe the facts related to reading and writing, using: field diaries, surveys and an interview. Based on participant observation to analyze the results of the mediation of digital resources based on the "DUA". The results found in the final satisfaction survey demonstrated the interest and validation of the students towards the digital resources used.
