Abstract
This article aims to disseminate the experience of a group of university students who, trusting in the capacity for social and educational transformation of the Learning Communities (LC), put into practice artistic and literary dialogic gatherings. As part of the successful educational actions (SEA), it has been verified that the gatherings contribute to the construction and consolidation of basic skills such as reading, writing and knowledge management. The didactic strategy used was simulation in the subject called Gestión Docente (Teaching Management) and Comunidades de Aprendizaje (Learning Communities). The results allowed to ratify the potential of the gatherings mentioned in literature and to compare their benefits with other actions of traditional education. The conclusions are oriented towards the need to bet on this dialogic model in a future labor insertion.
