Abstract
The present titling work allowed to propose a methodological guide, based on the characterization and analysis of the feedback in the Follow-up Audit to the General Regular Audit (A-SARG) carried out in the “Nicanor Aguilar Maldonado” Educational Unit (San Juan, Gualaceo, Azuay, Ecuador) in the period 2021-2022, function and role of the educational auditor. The theoretical-conceptual references assumed and contextualized to the study correspond to the contributions on reflective practice proposed by Schön (1987) and the contributions of Wilson (1999), Martini and Albornoz (2019) and Anijovich (2007, 2017), among others, regarding the foundations and principles of feedback. The research corresponded to the qualitative-exploratory approach; critical socio paradigm and the case study was used as methodology. In the collection of information, the semi-structured interview and the documentary review were used. The sample of the total population is intentional (rector, vice-rector, two teachers and two auditors), taking into account their participation in the A-SARG process. The discussion, triangulation and interpretation of the information allowed to determine the main findings. The investigation was developed in 4 phases: the theoretical, the diagnosis, analysis of the results and proposal of the methodological guide as the main result of the investigation, prior validity of the relevance, through the criteria of 3 expert auditors who recognized 6 methodological orientations with their conceptual, methodological y regulatory specifications that support them, in addition to 3 operational tools for reflective feedback in an A-SARG.
