Abstract
This research entitled "Guide of activities for emotional development through artistic expression in infants 3 - 4 years of the UEM "Francisco Febres Cordero", aims to propose a guide of activities aimed at artistic expression for the development of emotions. basic in infants, due to the needs observed during the pre-professional practices; such as: the lack of expression and management of emotions during classes. Among some of the theoretical references are Damásio and Goleman; who state that emotions must be schooled. In other words, they must be used in educational spaces to develop them in favor of a peaceful, democratic and inclusive society. Therefore, having control and free expression of emotions allows developing socio-emotional skills. Participatory action research was applied with a qualitative approach, and a socio-critical paradigm, the techniques used for data collection were: participant observation, field diary, focus group addressed to parents and structured interview to the teacher, which facilitated the collection of relevant information. The result of the investigation generated an Emotional Support Activities Guide (GAAE) entitled: I am wonderfully artistic. It is concluded that stimulating the recognition and management of emotions through artistic expression from an early age is of the utmost importance, since it allows creating a harmonious environment for the development of each infant and developing in them an emotional structure that from the intra and interpersonal allows form affective bonds.
