Abstract
The present research project called recreational activities to reinforce oral language in children 3-4 years of age from the Educational Unit Herlinda Toral Cuenca-Ecuador had as general objective to propose recreational activities through a virtual learning environment to strengthen language. oral in children aged 3-4 years of parallel B of the EU Herlinda Toral. The study originated from the shortcomings evidenced during the pre-professional practices, for which some theoretical references were investigated regarding the development of oral language as its components and the main difficulties. In the same way, the theme of recreational activities and virtual learning environment was addressed. The approach on which the project was based is qualitative based on the socio-critical paradigm. The action-research method was used and instruments and techniques such as: participant observation, interview, focus group, survey and checklist were applied for data collection. The research resulted in the design and implementation of a proposal based on activities focused on the game and the use of digital and concrete resources as a means of interaction and support for the process of reinforcing oral language. The most outstanding conclusion refers to the importance of constantly working on the linguistic area at an early age, since in this way the optimal development and learning of infants will not be limited, as well as it is essential to include the game and couple interactive resources that allow work with different learning styles and at the same time promote a stimulating environment so that reinforcement is carried out spontaneously from recreation and interaction.
