Abstract
The following preliminary qualification work to obtain the bachelor's degree in Basic Education, pedagogy itinerary of Language and Literature aims to apply a protocol for compliance with the Agreements and Commitments of the Coexistence Code of the Educational Unit "Zoila Aurora Palacios." This Code is often a formal document, little known to members of the school community. During the pre-professional practices it was possible to show that the Agreements and Commitments could be managed more favorably. Within this work, we inquired about which processes would allow compliance with the provisions of the Coexistence Code. The execution of this project was carried out through action research with qualitative and qualitative instruments because a diagnosis was carried out to determine the level of knowledge and compliance of the educational community in relation to the Coexistence Code, then a protocol was designed with strategic actions based on the contributions of the following Chivainato (2009) references on school management, Trilla and Novella (2011) in relation to participation and Montero and De Dios (2012). The results obtained, based on the opinions of the school actors collected in interviews and a focus group, argue that the proposed strategies encouraged the cooperation and support of the members of the educational community by allowing them to know and reflect on the Coexistence Code.
