Abstract
The present work entitled "Let's be rescuers of the Kichwa language", has as principal objective Design and implement a Kichwa language teaching unit, through play classes and the use of the TIC, to strengthen the culture of our country, and to prevent this language disappear and promote the respect and the acceptance to the students that come from indigenous families.
In this document the didactic unit is detailed by sessions related with situations of the students life such as the numbers, the family, the animals, the human body and the greetings. Themes that were acceptanced by all students especially for the constant use of the TIC that always motivated to the students to learning significant. With the application of this unit concluded that the most of the students respond satisfactorily when we make group and recreational activities in the class hour.

El presente trabajo titulado “Seamos rescatistas de la lengua kichwa”, tiene como objetivo principal Diseñar e implementar una unidad didáctica de lengua kichwa, mediante clases lúdicas y el uso de las TIC, que permitan fortalecer la cultura de nuestro país, evitando que esta lengua desaparezca y fomentando el respeto y la aceptación a los estudiantes que proviene de familias indígenas.
El presente trabajo, detalla la unidad didáctica por sesiones relacionadas con temas relacionados con la realidad de los estudiantes como los números, la familia, los animales, el cuerpo humano y los saludos. Temas que fueron de gran aceptación por parte de los estudiantes especialmente por el constante uso de las TIC que siempre motivaron a los educandos hacia un aprendizaje significativo. Con la aplicación de esta unidad se concluye que la mayoría de estudiantes responden satisfactoriamente cuando se realizan actividades grupales y recreativas en la hora clase.
