Abstract
The curricular integration work is developed through an innovative strategy called Problem-Based Learning (PBL), which helps teaching-learning process of natural numbers in the subject of Mathematics. Therefore, this allows to generate knowledge, improve skills and achieve new achievements. Throughout, a participant observation was used to identify the problem which was students have difficulty solving mathematical problems and their ability to work collaboratively. To solve the problem mentioned, was purposed to focuses on the design of a didactic guide with different strategies, using the seven steps of PBL for seventh-year students of General Basic Education (EGB) from Corel Educative Unit. In addition, a qualitative approach was applied that allowed to researchers to describe how the process was carried out, showing that learning-teaching process’ result hat within the classroom the methodologies applied for the activation of knowledge and the teaching process of the students are repetitive, that is why it is intended to propose a didactic guide for the teacher, which includes several strategies that help the development of the teaching of the students.
