Abstract
Recent research shows that Emotional Education is considered an educational innovation, which allows improving interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships, enabling students to face various situations that may arise throughout life. The objective of the implementation of this program is to promote in students the ability to regulate their emotions to control negative emotions and feelings that may affect their integrity. The results obtained were those expected in view of the fact that the students acquired the Emotional Competences, which strengthen the social skills required not only on a personal level but also at a professional level. The implementation of the program undoubtedly allowed to improve interpersonal relationships, classroom climate, students acquire a positive attitude towards life; serving as a reflection in my teaching work with respect to the interference of emotions in the educational field.
