Abstract
The present degree work, corresponding to the innovation project, aims to design, implement and evaluate-feedback a didactic strategy that, based on tutoring (peer tutorials and project work), contributes to the improvement of the implementation of the Academic Reinforcement Plan (PRA) in the subject Language and Literature of the 8th years of Basic General Education. By promoting academic reinforcement, the student must have better conditions to achieve the skills that were not achieved in the course of the different units, from individualized attention and from systematic accompaniment. In addition, the strategy aims to contribute to the teaching professional development, in particular in the performance of the teacher with regard to the standard envisaged by MinEduc on the guidelines of academic reinforcement, in order to improve the processes of management of student learning. The methodology applied is qualitative in nature; it is intended to understand in depth the existing problems from the application of theoretical and empirical methods such as: participating observation, review of documents, surveys and interviews, whose data were triangulated and analyzed on the basis of the systematized theoretical foundations. The project is derived from the development of pre-professional practices in the "Luis Cordero" Educational Unit of the City of Azogues
