Abstract
The article is a reflexive effort that crosses an interdisciplinary approach between education, society and technology. For this, it uses a description of how some sociologists and philosophers understand modernity and the leap of new technologies in the last decades and how it matters in the question about the noises of information that makes echo in the technological societies of the contemporaneity. In this context, the focus of reflection is on understanding the meditative silence from Eastern inspirations in order to compose the sense of time for self-production of self, or even a time for self-care and care for the other. These senses of silence and meditation evoke approximations with the concepts of Learning to Be and Learning to Live as educational movements that are refined with a transdisciplinary intent in education that launches in the search for a human formation not only reduced to the technique, but also directed to the formation of the human spirit.
