Abstract
This curriculum-making study is about educational resources with digital tools to enhance mathematics on the second level at the secondary School Cesar Davila. Positivist paradigms of research have been used to explain, predict, and control phenomena and prove theories and laws to control phenomena, as well as identify the real and temporary causes earlier or at the same time. Along with a mixed approach that allows to acknowledging the proceedings of collecting, analyzing, and inputting quantitative and qualitative data in the subject study. The implementation of this proposition was applied at the secondary School "Cesar Davila Andrade" where the proposal aims for an improvement in learning the calculation of derivatives in the second level of secondary school. The Derivatives topic has been a challenging subject for most students of secondary education in general. Nowadays we can demonstrate this when secondary school students must take the Entrance exam for admission to the university. Based on TIC's (Information and Communication Technologies) the support of the GeoGebra program is sought to obtain a solid grounding learning foundation of Derivatives, since this software complies with basic specifications for the correct development of mathematical calculations
