Abstract
The purpose of the research is to analyze an activity guide to promote education in values in the first years of life, through children's stories. This study was carried out with infants between 4 and 5 years old at “Alberto Astudillo Montesinos” Initial Education Center. The techniques and instruments for data collection were participant observation, semi-structured interview, survey and documentary analysis, which were applied during pre-professional practices. Once the central problem had been identified, thanks to the registration of work and classroom activities in the daily field, we proceeded to delve into the subject and contrast the problem with the observation guides applied to the students, the interview with the teacher and the survey to parents. This research was part of the socio-critical paradigm with an essentially qualitative approach, whose method was the case of study, based on documentary analysis (Institutional Curricular Plan, Initial Education Curriculum, Learning Experience Plan), it is also an applied research type, field and descriptive. As a result of the research, an activity guide based on children's stories was designed, related to the daily lives of infants so that they contribute to the education in values and respond to the needs identified within the classroom. Finally, the activity guide was validated through the criteria of experts in the area of Early Childhood Education and Literature to demonstrate its reliability and applicability
