Abstract
The research project is oriented to the topic of school gardens as a didactic strategy, since it encourages children to care for, love and respect nature. Likewise, the use of didactic strategies allows children to integrate in a social way to the new virtual context given by the Covid-19 pandemic, allowing them to know, discover, experiment and explore the world, which is the fundamental axis of environmental education. For the realization of this research, we have based ourselves on the type of study centered on the socio-critical paradigm and on the qualitative approach, which has provided us with techniques and instruments that will allow us to collect data for their respective interpretation. In this new normality, it is necessary the implementation adapted to the virtuality of the environment, since they are spaces of interaction for the educational community, as well as for the development of conservation values from the first ages. For this we approached with authors who speak to us about didactic strategies, the use of school gardens and how these were the basis for the design of the proposal in a virtual context. We consider it necessary to create spaces for interaction with the school garden since they provide and enrich the experiences of infants to give way to a successful meaningful learning, children to be participants in the activities not only interact directly with the land and the materials present in the environment but also develop motor, social, emotional and autonomy skills; without neglecting the role of parents who improve the relationship with their children and learn how to encourage respect and love for nature from home.
