Abstract
The present application project was oriented to the solution of the problem by witnessing unharmonious relationships both between and intrapersonal as well as the improvement of the working environment of the “Susudel” Educational Unit, due to the continuous conflicts between direct and teaching staff, which involve the destabilization of work in the educational institution. The objective was to raise awareness among educational actors about the application of restorative practice as a means of conflict resolution. To do this, the theoretical framework was elaborated with thematic references to the conflictive context and at the same time seek strategies for solutions through restorative circles, to thus obtain a harmonious coexistence with the members of the educational community. The methodology applied was Participatory Action Research, the same that helps us to identify the subject and object of study, techniques such as observation and survey of managers and teachers, as well as evaluation instruments of restorative practice applied in different phases. With the results, the analysis and interpretation of the data was developed, checking the causes and consequences of the aforementioned problems. Finally, it is concluded that good interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships are important within the educational context as a factor that influences the work environment and enhances institutional practices, both from the role of the manager and the teaching team. It is also necessary to apply restorative practices with workshops. and interactive dynamics that harmonize job performance. Therefore, it is recommended that the manager manage to maintain harmonious coexistence with teachers and develop frequent restorative circles, without the need to do so only when conflicts arise.
