Abstract
The present work of End of Master is aimed at the academic performance achieved by students, in order to promote individual skills, their school environment in terms of methodology and their family environment, which encourage behavior to improve behavior inside and outside of the school classroom, through the application of strategies based on the practice of everyday values.
With this work, a deep knowledge of the elements of family labor was achieved: relationships that maintain their members, limits, family union, communication styles, cooperation, family traditions and resistance of problems, which at the time of relating them to academic performance are determinants and affect the same, which highlights the importance of the practice of values for harmonious coexistence and a good climate inside and outside the classroom, as this will positively influence the acquisition of knowledge, achieving a quality education and warmth, in which is structured a proposal that contains a set of strategies to improve behavior and form critical, reflective, caring students, able to work collaboratively respecting their teachers and peers, complying with the rules of coexistence in the school environment and excluding behaviors that hinder the educational process.
