Abstract
Given the current digital context, this research focuses on presenting the use of digital tools as part of the methodological strategy for the evaluation process of the English program at the Inter-American Studies Center Foundation [CEDEI]. The main objective of this work is to determine the methodological contribution of using digital tools [Kahoot, Quizizz, Educaplay, Quizlet] in the evaluation process of the English program. This research project was developed with a qualitative approach and a constructivist paradigm. Interviews, perception surveys, and participant observation were conducted as techniques, and information was collected through three instruments: interview scripts, questionnaires, and observation guides. The digital tools were theoretically analyzed, and a proposal for their implementation in the evaluation process was designed. Subsequently, the proposal was validated, as the timeline did not align with the possibility of immediate implementation. Therefore, an evaluation is suggested for the future once the proposal is implemented, with the potential for application at all levels of English within the CEDEI Foundation as a recommendation for later stages.
