Abstract
The objective of this degree work is to propose a Didactic Guide through the implementation of the water corner that contributes to the development of creativity of children of sub-level 2 “C” of Initial Education in the CEI “Rita Chávez de Muñoz in Cuenca city. As these spaces are of supreme importance for children's learning because they help them to promote the development of creativity with a great naturalness and spontaneity. The study was oriented from a qualitative approach; some of the applied techniques were: participant observation and analysis of educational documents, through information collection instruments such as: field diaries, a document analysis guide and an interview guide, which allowed the researcher to diagnose the problem of the study, to design a Didactic Guide to implement the water corner to develop their individual and group creativity. Due this achievement, the study is based on a qualitative approach and the use of Participatory Action Research (IAP) as a method, focused on the analysis, reflection and transformation of the existing conditions of the current educational context due to the health emergency COVID-19; through the observation, communication and participation of parents, teachers, children. It is emphasized that, in the research process, a satisfactory contribution to the development of children's creativity was obtained as the main results, based on the activities proposed in the Didactic Guide, since they allow infants to participate actively and spontaneously through curiosity, exploration and experimentation. In the same way the guide provides significant experiences that stand out in the acquisition of aptitudes and workmanship raised in the Curriculum of Initial Education (2014) in spaces where children foster their creativity with dynamic entertaining open and free environments.
