Abstract
The present investigation work is based on the application of the didactic strategy of projectbased learning, in the subject of Entrepreneurship and Management through the construction of an ecological garden to strengthen the labor competencies in the students of first General Unified Baccalaureate "A” at José Benigno Iglesias high school from Biblián city. The investigation group was formed of 19 students. As the first phase of the investigation, we have the phase of obtaining information in which a diagnostic survey the students were carried out to determine the level of student performance on job competencies. As a second phase, the didactic strategy of project-based learning they were applied and as a third phase, a final test to the students was carried out to analyze the improvements in the strengthening of the student's labor competencies. This allowed us to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of the didactic strategy. The implementation of this strategy allowed students to strengthen job skills such as; decision making, problem solving, leadership, conflict management, creativity, information management, teamwork, management and resource management.
