Abstract
The issue addressed focuses on the need to understand and improve educational leadership in this institution due to its crucial impact on educational quality and the development of teaching competencies, which are key aspects for academic success and school equity. The main objective is to analyze management leadership to identify key practices and areas for improvement. To achieve this, a mixed-methods approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, including semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and institutional document analysis. Surveys were conducted with teachers and interviews with authorities, with statistical analysis of the data to identify relevant patterns and trends. The study population included members of the management team, teachers, administrative staff, and representatives of the educational community. Key findings indicate that 63.64% of respondents agreed with the information on administrative decisions, while 45.45% felt that participation in decision-making is insufficient. Regarding the clarity of management procedures, 36.36% did not perceive them as clear, highlighting areas for improvement in communication and participation within the CECIB. In conclusion, it is suggested to improve organizational policy through participatory processes, establish feedback mechanisms, and increase transparency in decision-making. Additionally, it is proposed to implement periodic evaluations and promote continuous staff training, thereby ensuring more effective management within CECIB ÑUKANCHI WASI.
