Abstract
At present, the use of Information and Communication Technologies has become a key point for the educational field, since due to the global pandemic caused by COVID-19 it is one of the main mechanisms to continue with the processes education that today is done through online education. Teachers have an important role since they must make use of virtual platforms that allow students to have an active role within the teaching-learning process, for this reason, the present research project aims to design a system of activities on the platform Moodle for the teaching-learning process of narrative textual production in the area of Language and Literature in the tenth year of basic general education of the Private Educational Unit "Corel". To carry out the research, the qualitative methodology was used with a critical socio-paradigm, for which instruments such as interviews, surveys and field diaries were used that allowed us to know how the Moodle platform is used. Among the main results, it was stated that the platform is used as a repository of tasks without considering that other types of activities can be carried out that allow to enhance participation and above all to maintain the active role of students in the construction of their knowledge. For this reason, a proposal was made that consisted of a system of activities adapted to a micro curricular planning, to finalize one of the conclusions that has been reached with this study is that it is possible to promote narrative textual production through the Moodle platform since It has great potential for the teaching-learning process since the use of ICT facilitates the application of various activities to motivate the student. However, it should not be overlooked that this type of activity requires more work for the teacher when it comes to planning and preparation, since being in an online class is important for teachers to adapt to technology to achieve in their students the skills that are suggested within the current curriculum.
