Abstract
Abstract: This thesis addresses the problem of ineffective communication between the educational leader and the U.E.C.I.B "Yaku Rumi" in the province of Orellana, Ecuador. The objective of the study is to design a comprehensive communication plan that strengthens organizational relationships between the educational leader and the educational community in the period 2023-2024. To achieve this objective, qualitative research was carried out, using the interpretive paradigm with a qualitative approach and the case study method. The research was based on data collection through interviews with teachers and the educational leader, as well as surveys of teachers. The results showed that there are deficiencies in communication, lack of language proficiency, low participation, lack of strategies and absence of a communication plan. The study proposes a strategic communication plan in the use of digital technologies, training in communication skills, the development of a positive organizational climate, the promotion of open and collaborative communication, as well as the active participation of members of the educational community. This contribution of the plan is expected to help strengthen organizational relationships, improve educational quality and community well-being.
