Abstract
The present Curricular Integration Work entitled teacher accompaniment Plan to strengthen virtual teaching practice in improving critical reading of students in Seventh A and B of Basic Education, aims to accompany the teacher during practice in the virtual modality and provide a series of teaching strategies that help strengthen their professional development. The plan is designed to support the process of accompaniment, monitoring and evaluation of teaching practice in the virtual modality in the area of Language and Literature, specifically in the development of critical reading. However, they guide the management team in complying with the procedures and protocols of an institutional support plan based on classroom observations, the implementation of which will strengthen their personal and professional development. The research methodology focuses on the socio-critical paradigm from a qualitative approach, the same one that allowed deepening the research from a holistic and meaningful perspective, based on the reflection of the subjects in their natural environment. Thus, it begins with the identification of the problem through the classroom and institutional diagnosis. For this, different conceptual categories were established that support this research project; pedagogical support plan, teaching practice, literal, inferential and critical reading, didactic strategies and ICT in virtual education. The method used is the Participatory Action Research IAP, which allowed an approach to the object of study to determine the need to design and apply a teacher support plan aimed at guiding, accompanying and providing feedback on virtual teaching practice based on its strengthening. in practice. Starting from classroom observations and the application of strategies that have been designed through platforms and technological tools. It seeks to sensitize teachers that the development of technological skills, leadership, self-regulation, collaborative work and motivation, is an inherent and urgent need in virtuality It is important to highlight that the proposal had a great scope, since it has been possible to apply and demonstrate the relevance, feasibility, contextualization, structure and, above all, the great impact that it generated on the research subjects; teachers and students. What make the plan a valid and reliable instrument for its application.
