Abstract
Currently, the learning of Biology is being improved through various methodological strategies and the use of digital platforms. However, in the César Dávila Andrade Educational Unit, which is the point of investigation, it has been possible to show that these problems are present in the area of Biology. Being this the starting point, evidencing the low academic performance and participation during the classes of the same by the students generating problems in their learning. That is why the pedagogical duo aims to create a more participatory and dynamic classroom environment by proposing the use of the Clown Tool through TICs in the subject of Biology. For the development of the type of study of this research project, a pre-experimental experimental design is applied, being a transversal level case study with a single measurement, in this case the pre-test and post-test with a single group. Likewise, the results through the participation observation technique, field diaries, survey and diagnostic test directed to the students show a low academic and participatory performance in the subject of Biology. It is concluded the importance of the use of the Clown Tool through the TICs for the learning of Biology in the third year of BGU parallel "F" since this will encourage innovation, capacity and ways of being and learning of each student, so that they can get involved in the class.
