Abstract
The purpose of the Master's Final Project was to implement a Tutorial Action Plan for the intervention in the dyslexia and dysgraphia learning problem that significantly affects the academic performance of the Seventh-Year students of the "Himmelmann" school; located in the canton Cayambe. One of the most common difficulties that are shown in most educational institutions are reading-writing learning disorders; in this virtue, it was necessary to carry out a Tutorial Action Plan that allowed us to obtain results such as: Intervene in a systematic, effective, adequate and timely manner in the teaching-learning process focused on meeting the different individual needs, developing the skills of Calligraphic and reading efficiency, autonomous learning, students with the ability to "learn how to learn" and the active participation of educational agents in the process of intervention and guidance. With the work carried out it was possible to conclude that thanks to the cooperative work, participation, interest, dedication and responsibility of all educational agents, the proposed goals can be achieved.
