Abstract
The TFM is a change proposal and the Objective is: Propose a Tutorial Orientation in the integral development of the third-year students of EGB in the institution in which I am working through emotional education, for a better school performance. The proposal is based on four strategies that are: Implement emotional education in the classroom, promote education in values for good interpersonal relationships, improve self-esteem through cooperative work and Implement a competency-based assessment. Result: Students identify the meaning of emotion, differentiate positive from negative emotions, practice values inside and outside the classroom, there is greater interest in learning and teachers apply strategies for integral development through emotional education. Conclusion: Emotional education can be treated in any space, time or subject to improve the overall development of all students.
