Abstract
This research is developed from the need to deepen the knowledge of school reintegration, as it constitutes a category directly associated with the social and personal development of individuals. It arises from inquiries made in the community of San Bartolomé in the Limón Indanza canton, in which there is no institution so that a large part of the adults who have not completed their studies and even some never entered the educational system, can reinsert. When they decide, they must move to another very distant canton, and on many occasions they prefer to stay in their homes. Therefore, this research proposes to develop a pedagogical strategy that contributes to the educational reintegration of adults with unfinished schooling in the age range of 30 to 40 years in the rural area of San Bartolomé, General Plaza parish, Limón Indanza canton, Morona province. Santiago, in the 2022-2023 school year. This research was approached from a qualitative methodology, of a descriptive nature and based on the epistemology of Good Living because it collects the needs of adults that allow guaranteeing their reintegration and student achievement. In the same way, it collects through interviews the various pedagogical strategies used by experts, teachers and managers of young people and adults. Through the triangulation of the data, it was possible to observe that school desertion or abandonment is one of the great problems of the sector, the lack of interest in learning, the socioeconomic conditions, the geographical situation and the limitations in the formative processes make each Perhaps the existing social inequality gap deepens, causing poverty, vulnerability and exclusion. A pedagogical intervention proposal is presented to motivate adults with unfinished schooling in the age range of 30 to 40 years in the rural area of San Bartolomé to resume their educational process, for which didactic and active methods are used that help develop knowledge in a way that stimulates the creative and dynamic thinking of the participants. The proposal was validated through the focus group technique, in which favorable results were obtained to achieve the proposed objectives.
