Abstract
Incomplete schooling during the compulsory stage of formal education is due to various causes, such as family, economic, health, geographic, and labor factors, among others. In response to this issue, the present research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the contribution of the transformation process of Youth and Adult Education (EPJA) through the systematization of educational experiences with an inclusive, diverse, and intercultural approach, focusing on the curricular, didactic, socio-community, pedagogical, and andragogical dimensions at the “Luis Rogerio Gonzales” Educational Unit, Night Modality, in the city of Azogues, Cañar Province, during the 2023-2024 period. In addition to identifying the causes of this problem, the research sought to uncover and document educational experiences with an inclusive and diverse approach. A qualitative methodology based on systematization was adopted, using techniques such as observation and experience reconstruction records for data collection. The results were organized, analyzed, and interpreted according to the categories of an inclusive, diverse, and intercultural approach, with subcategories related to the curricular, didactic, socio-community, pedagogical, and andragogical components. Among the didactic methods employed, project-based learning and small group collaboration were highlighted, fostering active participation and student empowerment. Additionally, from a socio-community perspective, participation in activities that promoted emancipation and the development of critical skills was encouraged. In conclusion, the systematization of these educational experiences revealed flexibility and curricular adaptation that responded to the motivations and needs of EPJA students, thus contributing to educational transformation.
