Abstract
The present work has as its objective: To elaborate an Intervention Program in the resolution of conflicts with students of second year, morning section, to prevent violence within the Institution. The methodology used is Active, Participatory, Interactive, and based on the game, being the student the protagonist of learning, for this reason the Management of the classroom has been given relevance, since the teacher will provide an adequate environment in which the activities will be carried out. , according to the age of the students. The results that have been seen have been favorable inside and outside the classroom. Their representatives have given a positive testimony about the behavior of their represented. It has been observed that the level of aggressiveness among peers has decreased markedly. We hope to implement this intervention program throughout the institution so that both children and young people use appropriate strategies to resolve conflicts peacefully
