Abstract

This project is about a Collaborative Inclusion Improvement Program within the classroom with the students of the first BGU of the Educational Unit Six of October of Windows, where the main objective is that students work in a pleasant environment without conflicts through workshops as a team, and in this way small groups and individualism will be eradicated, starting from the analysis of an inclusive education without discrimination of any kind, In this program, a didactic unit with different activities has been developed, in which the teacher will be able to know the shortcomings inside and outside the classroom, these activities are carried out with collaborative works in random teams applying the dynamics of the traffic light, in the end significant learning was achieved in the students and also identify their strengths and weaknesses to live with tolerance, respect for themselves and others in an atmosphere of peace and harmony.
