Abstract
Establishing a rapport between children and the natural environment is important, because it provides the opportunity to enliven and develop values, attitudes, and knowledge of the natural environment. Based on the aforementioned, the present study focused on the use of resources in the “Relations Ambit” with the natural and cultural environment in children aged 3 to 4 years, its objective was to implement Land Art as a didactic resource in the learning environment to reduce the use of paper and plastic and encourage awareness of caring for nature. In this sense, theoretical references were posed regarding the use of resources in the teaching-learning process, awareness about caring for nature in early childhood, the reduction of paper and plastic consumption, and the approach of the Curriculum of Elementary school. Methodologically, it was based on the socio-critical paradigm, with a qualitative and applied approach, Action-Research and its phases were also employed. Therefore, techniques and instruments such as participatory observation- guide of observation, the document review-document review sheet, and in-depth interview - guide of an interview in both for the diagnosis and evaluation phase. Indeed, after analyzing the information obtained from the diagnosis, Land Art was reinforced and applied as a didactic resource for the learning environment. Then, the evaluation of the proposal was performed and the obtained result was that it favored the teaching work by providing a variety and alternative of didactic resources. Finally, it was concluded that the research contributed to the reduction of paper and plastic and encouraged awareness of caring for nature.
