Abstract
The present research focuses on the implementation of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to promote inclusive education in the area of Social Studies in the third year of Basic General Education (EGB). The identified problem addresses the need to ensure equitable access to education and foster inclusion in the classroom. The main objective of the study is to promote inclusive education through the effective application of UDL. This qualitative research is supported by action research and employs techniques and instruments such as field diaries, interviews, surveys, and document analysis to gain a deep understanding of the educational context and inclusive practices. The main findings indicate that the implementation of UDL facilitates the development of cognitive and social skills, improving the participation and performance of all students. Additionally, it was observed that UDL contributes to the creation of a positive and collaborative school environment, promoting a culture of respect and appreciation for diversity.
