Abstract
The research objective was to propose creative technological tools which promote the application of spelling. During this research the analytical-deductive method was applied and, documentary and field techniques were used. Two experts in Language and Literature and two specialist teachers in computer science were interviewed. Also, a focused spelling test was applied to a group of students in the province of Manabí, Ecuador. Through the results of this test, it was determined that students have common spelling errors, they are: the use of b and v, g and j, h, incorrect use of uppercase, lowercase and accents. As a result it was obtained that the technolo- gical resources used in an adequate way strengthen the teaching and learning processes. It is important to conclude that the incorporation of technological tools in the field of spelling contributes significantly. It is important to conclude that the incorporation of technological tools in the field of spelling contributes significantly and therefore resources such as: Kahoot!, Scratch, Escape Room with One Note, Phonetics and spelling, Spanish Language, online spelling exercises, are proposed, simulators, free access inte- ractive spelling didactic games that should be used by teachers and thus address the spelling errors identified in a playful and creative way.
