Abstract
In the educational context of Young and Adult Education, we find different problems in the development of the teaching and learning process. In the Portoviejo Fiscal Educational Unit since 2016, the Intensive Baccalaureate came into force, which is an educational program that the Ministry of Education of Ecuador develops to ensure the reintegration of Young and Adult students who for different reasons have stopped studying, there are investigations where it can be confirmed that they combine their studies with their jobs, so achieving the connection between theory and practice is essential in generating income for their family circle and at the same time continuing their studies. This research aims to design a guide of methodological strategies that facilitate the development of Skills with Performance Criteria of the subject of Entrepreneurship and Management in the students of the Intensive Baccalaureate of the Portoviejo Fiscal Educational Unit. The approach with which the work approached is mixed nature since it starts from an exhaustive analysis of the different theories in relation to the learning of Youth and Adults, it diagnoses how the DCD of the Entrepreneurship and Management subject is developed from the perspective of the different actors in the educational process
This analysis is carried out through documentary review, interviews with experts and teachers who teach the subject, and surveys directed at students. So that through these an effective connection between study and work is achieved.
