Abstract
The present investigation was carried out during the graduation period in the Special Educational Unit "Agustín Cueva Tamariz" in the classroom of the fifth year of basic education within the area of autism, a student was taken as a sample, through the different data collection instruments data, it has been possible to show that the student has problems in her development, which is why a speech therapy intervention program with an artistic approach to language development has been proposed, the theoretical background that contributes to our research as they are: The stimulation of language development in children with autism spectrum disorder, Language development, Autism spectrum disorders, speech therapy intervention in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Art as a resource to stimulate the development of language, in addition, key information was collected for the present investigation through techniques and instruments, finally a speech therapy intervention program is presented with an artistic approach for the development of language in a nine-year-old girl. years with ASD, each activity has its respective work topic, development time, objective, methodology and evaluation rubric, it is estimated that each activity lasts approximately 15 to 20 minutes depending on the activity, emphasizing that in each activity develops different activities in relation to the components of phonetic-phonological, morphological-semantic and lexical-semantic language, the activities are aimed at both the teacher and parents.
