Abstract
The present investigation is focused on a single case study based on a student with dysarthria as a consequence of cerebral palsy that is associated with an intellectual disability. The theoretical fronts treated present dysarthria as a speech pronunciation disorder, where the motor skills and correct articulation of the organs involved in pronunciation are affected, likewise the respiratory capacity for speech, rhythm and fluency are altered. and, in the presence of concomitant disability, all language components are regularly compromised. The study subject presents spasticity and slowness that cause alterations in the articulation, he also presents difficulties in the four components of language, due to intellectual disability. The collection of information to carry out this research, went through the documentary and bibliographical review, the interview with the mother and the participant observation; The analysis of the results of all the information collected went through the triangulation of data to describe the case, focusing primarily on the characteristics of the girl's language. To solve the diagnosis obtained, an orientation guide was designed that seeks to guide the family with activities and exercises with a playful and pedagogical approach and an affordable nature, aimed at compensating for this disorder in the girl under study.
